I consider myself fortunate to be able to do something that I enjoy and that puts me in touch with the best side of medicine: being there for the arrival of a new life. Also being with moms, taking care of them and their babies, is an experience that involves many aspects, on the one hand, the human dimension of pregnancy is emotionally rich and encouraging, and medically is complex and challenging. The necessary cares for both baby and moms are as opposed as complementary, at the same time we must monitor and ensure the best pregnancy conditions and health for the baby, while we monitor and take action for the general welfare and safety of the mother so her tranquility and happiness propitiate physical stability and security for both parties.
 
Mom and baby demand specific care but medical observation of both converge in a safe gestation process in which we can anticipate any risk that might deserve immediate attention or further treatment so we can have certainty of the best possible quality life for the mother and her baby.
